Join hands with us to patron our Artists-In-Residence, gearing towards their first ever Kamatipura Art Festival!!
Haan Hum collective was formed with a few artists interested in social change, and a social work volunteer, Kranti co-founder and staff, all mentored by theatre faciitator Jaya Iyer.
Though we had known each other for a year, and have interpersonal friendships through this period, we wanted to meet as a core team separately, to layout our roadmap for 2024 and share our visions and values, both personal and for Haan Hum.
In true Haan Hum style, we met at Jaya's home in Gandhinagar Ahmedabad. We spent 4 days knowing each other, living and working together, and creating our intentions and plans through art and theatre exercises.
We even occupied spaces by exploring Gandhinagar, and took midnight walks. Overall we practiced what we preached, and with open and honest dialogue, we were able to re-commit to our initiative.
We believe Haan Hum Methodology works for all communities, and it worked beautifully for our core team, and we walked away with a renewed sense of purpose and camaraderie.
Here are some pictures and artworks and meetings.
