With almost our third year coming to an end, it was time for our Core Team to meet and discuss

2. Our Operating Model

3. Our Way forward

This meeting was warranted not only by time, but by the several learnings and opportunities of continuous improvement we identified during our continued engagement with our participant community.

Jaya Iyer, Girija, Neethu and Anil traveled to Himachal to Sambhaavna Institute for three full days just to brainstorm and discuss our internal and external conflicts, our dreams for Haan Hum and our aspirations and values for a shared future.

In true Haan Hum fashion, we conducted our meetings through centering exercises, spending time with Nature and places of worship.

We developed our Values at Baijnath.

We discussed our Plans at a Tibetan Monastery.

We prayed, planned and connected.

We decided on our Vision Statement and Values that you see on our Home Page.

Our Key values are Art. Hope. Equality. Autonomy. Dialogue. 

Serendipitously, they spell "A.H.E.A.D"

We have now launched on officially registering AHEAD Foundation, and Haan Hum being its integral pioneer project, hopefully expanding to other people in margins.

We laid out the calendar up to 2025 March, and developed an operating model that will enable us to work better with different levels f connection we have with the sex workers communities.
